If you had a statement to make you had to "put it out on the mat." Meaning, show the world what you can do. Hit or miss, it doesn't matter. What DOES matter is to put your goals to action...put it out on the mat. So now it's time to put my dream out on the mat. It's the write and produce a video series that teaches young people all about subjects like history using rap and rhyme. Several years ago, I wrote a few pilot scripts for the idea, even got some friends to help me put together a short pilot video, but it never got past the "that's nice" stage. Now it's time to make it happen. I'm putting my idea out on the mat again.
